Life Noticed turns 1! Share your feedback 🙏
That's 50 articles with plans for more. What would you love to hear more about?
Last June, I launched Life Noticed to encourage others to engage more mindfully by cultivating a practice of intentional noticing through activities such as journaling and drawing. I wanted to provide guidance on how to be productive while maintaining balance by sharing about my own, personal experiences and shortcuts to lessons I had to learn the not-so-easy way.
The past year has flown by and I’ve had the pleasure of connecting with many of you through the wonderful communities which share our mutual passions such as nature journaling, writing, and art.
I plan to continue to show up to write this newsletter and would love your feedback regarding how the next year of Life Noticed can provide value to you. What creative challenges have you been facing? In which area(s) do you find yourself getting stuck? Do you have a certain habit you’d like to build but just can’t seem to start/stick to? Do you have any questions you’d like to have answered in a future Q&A? Share your feedback here by June 24, 2023!
A lot of wonderful things have transpired since last June. I was honored to help develop and launch the Wild Wonder Foundation’s first website and take part as a moderator for last year’s Wild Wonder Nature Journaling Conference. I participated in Marley Peifer’s 30-day Nature Journaling Challenge and was a guest on Bethan Burton’s lovely podcast, Journaling with Nature.
On a whim, I decided to launch my 365 skies project where I paint a windowscape each day for a year, and I tackled my first ever painting intended for someone else. I wrote 50 articles (counting this one) here on Life Noticed and learned a lot about myself in the process. Most importantly, however, I married my wonderful partner, Jason, the most incredible person I have ever known.
I will always be working to grow to be a better person for the wonderful people in my life and this newsletter and what I learn from people like you along the way plays an important role in that. Thank you for reading and thank you to those who share feedback!
